{"id":4113,"date":"2016-01-28T14:09:05","date_gmt":"2016-01-28T13:09:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdes.fr\/?p=4113"},"modified":"2021-01-29T16:43:07","modified_gmt":"2021-01-29T15:43:07","slug":"actu-economie-les-tendances-du-piratage-audiovisuel-et-sportif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdes.fr\/?p=4113","title":{"rendered":"ACTU | \u00c9CONOMIE : LES TENDANCES DU PIRATAGE AUDIOVISUEL ET SPORTIF"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"4113\" class=\"elementor elementor-4113\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"penci-section penci-disSticky penci-structure-10 elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6742209 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6742209\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"penci-ercol-100 penci-ercol-order-1 penci-sticky-ct    elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d4e7485\" data-id=\"d4e7485\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1714b82 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1714b82\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2020, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hadopi.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hadopi<\/a> (Haute autorit\u00e9 pour la diffusion des \u0153uvres et la protection des droits sur Internet) a publi\u00e9 une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le cabinet de conseil PMP, issue d\u2019un questionnaire M\u00e9diam\u00e9trie de janvier 2020 et portant sur l\u2019impact \u00e9conomique de la consommation illicite en ligne de contenus audiovisuels et de retransmissions d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements sportifs.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #f56c6c;\">L\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de la diffusion sportive<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>En premier lieu, l\u2019\u00e9tude s\u2019attache \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter le secteur sport et les liens financiers entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs. Il ressort de cette analyse que la r\u00e9partition de la valeur des droits sportifs t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9s se fait entre 4 principaux acteurs: l\u2019\u00c9tat (5% de la valeur), les ligues (2%), le sport amateur (7%) et les clubs professionnels (85%). En second lieu, le rapport souligne la hausse du montant total des ventes de droits de diffusion : +58% entre la saison 2015-2016 et la saison 2018-2019. L\u2019\u00e9tude table \u00e9galement sur une augmentation d\u2019environ 35% des droits de 2018-2019 \u00e0 2021-2022. Ces fortes hausses sont tir\u00e9es par les comp\u00e9titions \u00ab premiums \u00bb et en particulier celles de football. Le Top 14 est promis \u00e9galement \u00e0 une augmentation significative (+31% entre 2018 et 2021), m\u00eames si les montants sont moindres. En troisi\u00e8me lieu, plusieurs caract\u00e9ristiques de la diffusion des \u00e9v\u00e8nements sportifs sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Deux points sont ainsi mis en \u00e9vidence :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la diffusion de contenus sportifs est majoritairement concentr\u00e9e sur la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision payante : en 2018, on compte 8 781 heures pour la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision gratuite contre 137 447 heures pour la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision payante ;<\/li>\n<li>la pression concurrentielle cr\u00e9e une offre de plus en plus fragment\u00e9e entre les offreurs, en particulier dans le sport. L\u2019\u00e9tude pr\u00e9cise que \u00ab le d\u00e9but de la diffusion de la Ligue des champions sur RMC, aboutissant \u00e0 une offre de football r\u00e9partie entre trois acteurs s\u2019est accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une progression de pratiques illicites, la consommation illicite de retransmissions d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements sportifs ayant augment\u00e9 de 65%\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #f56c6c;\">Les usages de la consommation illicite<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cette analyse de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de la diffusion sportive, l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u00e9crit les pratiques et usages de la consommation<br>illicite des contenus audiovisuels et sportifs. La consommation illicite se stabilise mais augmente dans le sport. Parmi les consommateurs illicites, 1 sur 2 consomme du sport. Autre constat, la consommation illicite se \u00ab professionnalise \u00bb autour de deux mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques: la publicit\u00e9 (notamment pour le streaming) et les abonnements (notamment pour l\u2019IPTV, en forte augmentation). En outre, on observe, de mani\u00e8re contre-intuitive, que les consommations l\u00e9gales et illicites s\u2019hybrident et que la consommation illicite est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 un compl\u00e9ment, et non un substitut, \u00e0 la consommation l\u00e9gale. Ainsi, parmi les consommateurs illicites de contenus audiovisuels 69% sont abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 Canal+, et 50% sont abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 BeIN Sports. Malgr\u00e9 tout, si les consommateurs ont bien souvent acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des offres l\u00e9gales, c\u2019est bien le prix (par abonnement ou \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9) qui est la principale motivation \u00e0 la consommation illicite.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #f56c6c;\">L\u2019impact \u00e9conomique du piratage<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><em>In fine<\/em>, l\u2019\u00e9tude calcule un manque \u00e0 gagner d\u00fb au piratage des contenus audiovisuels et sportifs de l\u2019ordre d\u2019un milliard d\u2019euros. Pour le secteur sport en particulier, le manque \u00e0 gagner \u00e9conomique serait de l\u2019ordre de 100 millions d\u2019euros (d\u00e9compos\u00e9s entre 80% de manque \u00e0 gagner sur les cha\u00eenes \u00e0 abonnement et 20% sur la billetterie mais l\u2019\u00e9tude pointe un certain nombre de limites qui laissent penser que ce manque \u00e0 gagner pourrait \u00eatre bien plus important. En d\u00e9finitive, les tendances semblent montrer que la diffusion de contenus sportifs a besoin de retrouver de la simplicit\u00e9 et<br>de la rationalit\u00e9.
