Laurent Lafon, s\u00e9nateur. L\u2019article 2 qui pr\u00e9voit la possibilit\u00e9 pour une f\u00e9d\u00e9ration sportive ayant constitu\u00e9 une ligue professionnelle de retirer avant son terme la subd\u00e9l\u00e9gation octroy\u00e9e \u00e0 cette ligue en application de l\u2019article L. 132-1 du code sport dans certains cas d\u00e9termin\u00e9s, ainsi que la dissolution de la ligue en cas de retrait de cette subd\u00e9l\u00e9gation (ou son non-renouvellement) a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement amend\u00e9.
