Commission ; C-680\/21, Royal Antwerp Football Club).<\/p><p>Ces affaires, chacune \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re, dessinent <strong>des limites au pouvoir r\u00e9glementaire des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives, notamment internationales, et de certaines associations sportives<\/strong>, pouvoir devant s\u2019exercer <strong>en conformit\u00e9 avec le droit de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne <\/strong>d\u00e8s lors que celui-ci est applicable.<\/p><p>Ces affaires, ou plut\u00f4t la premi\u00e8re d\u2019entre elles (C-333\/21, European Superleague Company), font d\u00e9j\u00e0 couler beaucoup d\u2019encre. Nul doute qu\u2019elles alimenteront \u00e9galement, dans les mois \u00e0 venir, de nombreuses r\u00e9flexions sur les perspectives du \u00ab\u00a0<strong>mod\u00e8le sportif europ\u00e9en<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb (voir\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdes.fr\/2022\/10\/11\/modele-sportif-europeen-bilan-et-perspectives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019\u00e9tude pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente du CDES<\/a>), ainsi que sur l\u2019ad\u00e9quation &#8211; There is no doubt that, in the months to come, they will also lead to a great deal of reflection on the prospects for the \u00ab\u00a0<strong>European sports model<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb (see the <a href=\"https:\/\/cdes.fr\/2022\/10\/11\/modele-sportif-europeen-bilan-et-perspectives\/\">previous CDES study<\/a>), as well as on the appropriateness &#8211;
