Presentation<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The laboratory Centre for Sports Law and Economics was created in 1977 by Fran\u00e7ois Alaphilippe and Jean-Pierre Karaquillo, professors at the Faculty of Law and Economics of the University of Limoges. Today, the CDES is a thematic team of the Observatory of Institutional and Legal Changes (EA 3177) of the Faculty of Law and Economics.<\/p>\n

CDES-OMIJ team is consists of teacher-researchers from University of Limoges and other universities. It brings together salaried experts and professionals with responsibilities in federal and Olympic sports organisations. The team includes lawyers, economists, and managers.<\/p>\n

Led by Charles Dudognon, the team devotes its work to all legal and economic aspects of sports activities, combining them on numerous themes, in their national and international dimensions. It organises conferences and colloquia (national and international) and publishes books and articles on a regular basis.<\/p>\n
